Our Staff

At Providers Inc LLC, our team is the heart of everything we do. We are proud to employ dedicated professionals who are not only highly trained, but deeply committed to providing respectful, person-centered support to individuals receiving DD Waiver In-Home Services.

Our staff is carefully selected based on experience, integrity, compassion, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Each team member undergoes thorough screening, background checks, and ongoing training to ensure they meet the highest standards of care in accordance with Virginia’s DBHDS and DMAS guidelines.

We believe great care starts with great people. That is why our direct support professionals (DSPs) are trained in key areas such as person-centered thinking, positive behavior supports, communication strategies, community integration, health and safety protocols, and respectful independence-building techniques. Beyond technical training, we emphasize empathy, patience, and the ability to meet individuals where they are—supporting them with dignity and encouragement every step of the way.

Our leadership team brings a strong foundation of experience in human services, case management, and developmental disability support coordination. They work closely with staff and families to ensure services remain consistent, reliable, and tailored to each individual’s evolving needs and goals.
